As part of the project "(Digital) toolkit for the work-oriented promotion of basic literacy skills in (training) occupations in the construction industry", an industry-specific concept for the work-oriented promotion of literacy skills for trainees in training occupations in the construction industry is to be developed. On the one hand, digitally supported learning opportunities and, on the other hand, model settings in the form of reading- and writing-sensitive learning environments for the promotion of basic literacy skills are to be developed and tested. In addition, a didactic-methodical concept for the qualification of the training personnel is to be developed, which enables the trainers to deal with the offers in a didactically reflected and technically competent way. Based on the trial phase, networking with other players in vocational education and training will be sought.
